Day 01 Beijing
Arrive in Beijing, where you will be met & transferred to the hotel in the city center of Beijing. Free at leisure in the afternoon.
Day 02 Beijing(B/L)
Full day tour to the Great Wall, take time to enjoy the splendid view from the wall.
If time permits, we will also visit The 2008 Beijing Olympic site: The Bird Nestle, The Water cubic; (Outside only, entrance optional)
Day 03 Beijing(B/L/D)
Today we visit The Summer Palace in the morning & visit the Temple of Heaven and The Forbidden City in the afternoon. This evening you will be treated with a delicious Peking Roast Duck dinner.
Day 04 Beijing(B)
Free at leisure, you may like to do some window shopping at Wangfujing Street- a famous pedestrian only shopping street.
Day 05 Beijing/Xi'an(B/L)
Today we will take the morning flight to Xi'an. Upon arrival, be met & transferred to your hotel. Have city tours to the the Ancient City Wall. Enjoy the Tang Dynasty show in the evening.(optional)
The Ancient City Wall: An extension of the old Tang Dynasty structure boasting the most complete city wall that survived through Chinese long history.
The Tang Dynasty show: The show that presents the beautiful palace dances and sings in the Tang Dynasty when Xian was the capital.
Day 06 Xi’an(B/L)
Day tour to Terracotta Warriors and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda.
The Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses: The greatest archaeological findings of the century: the army of terra-cotta warriors and the bronze chariots entombed in vast underground vaults at emperor Qin's Tomb.
Day 07 Xian/Guilin(B)
Free at morning, then take an afternoon flight to the Limestone Mountain region city of Guilin.
Day 08 Guilin(B/L)
Half day Li River Cruise. The 45 mile journey to Yangshou glides through a landscape of the natural beauty including mist shrouded crags and bamboo groves which inspired painters and poets for many centuries. In the afternoon, you can choose to hire a bicycle and enjoy the fantastic scenery and watch the locals as they tend to the fields or you can shop in the market. After which you can then relax in one of the many cafes soaking up the local atmosphere.
Day 09 Guilin/Shanghai(B/L)
Half day tour includes the Reed Flute Cave and Fubo Hill for a picturesque view of the city and countryside. Take the flight to the cosmopolitan city of Shanghai.
Day 10 Shanghai(B/L)
Visit Shanghai Museum, Yu Garden,Jade Buddha Temple,the Bund,People Squire,New World and the Former French Concession .
Shanghai Museum: The biggest museum in China, with a collection of over 120,000 pieces of Chinese art & cultural relics. The museum is especially famous for its treasures of bronzes, ceramics, paintings, and calligraphy.
Day 11 Shanghai (B)
A day for shopping at famous Nanjing pedestrians only street, or you may have a day free to explore.
Day 12 Shanghai departure(B)
Transfer to the airport for next destination. Service ends.
